Rangiku engages in combat with Tier Halibel's three Fracciones: Emilou Apacci, Franceska Mila Rose, and Cyan Sung-Sun. She struggles until fifth division lieutenant Momo Hinamori arrives, determined to fight her former captain. Momo employs a kidou combination that severely wounds the three Fracciones, but they heal by releasing their zanpakutou. They then use their left arms to create a strange creature sharing their traits. Meanwhile, Kyouraku continues his battle with Stark, yet neither combatant is willing to release their zanpakutou. This segment is part of the Arrancar: Decisive Battle of Karakura arc, specifically episode 10 out of 12.
