Gray and others prepare for Javier's birthday party. Kai spots Saya while shopping with Monique, who invites her to attend. Carl steals the Corpse Corps without Amshel's permission to pursue Saya, prompting Amshel to send Solomon after him. During a conversation between Kai and Saya, Carl arrives to fight her. Hagi, The Schiff, and others engage the Corpse Corps while Saya battles Carl. Carl bites Saya, intending to drain her blood to kill them both. Solomon intervenes, severing Carl's arm, which allows Saya to stab him through her own body, killing him. Solomon orders the Corpse Corps back to their beds and warns Saya that Diva is heading to Christina Island before disappearing.
