Ep. 6: Kyotaro prepares for graduation speech with Yamada's help and discovers her feelings
Kyotaro is asked to deliver the graduation speech but feels inadequate despite his high exam scores. After a timid rehearsal, Yamada chooses him and provides voice lessons to improve his public speaking. Motivated by her support, he practices extensively and receives styling help from Yamada and her friends. Just before the ceremony, he loses his written speech and panics, but Yamada encourages him to trust himself. He steps up to the podium without notes, overcoming his fear to deliver an impromptu address that earns applause from the audience. Exhausted by the event, he rests in the school nurse's office. There, Haruya confesses his love to Yamada, who reveals she likes someone else. Kyotaro realizes with certainty that the person she loves is himself.
