Ep. 3: Yamada and Me: Valentine's Day Chocolate Making and Confessions

As Valentine's Day approaches, Yamada's classmates gather at her home to make chocolates, inviting Kyotaro despite his hesitation. Yamada's mother appears concerned by his presence until Moeko claims he is her boyfriend to ease tensions. The group discusses Yamada's food preferences for White Day, but Moeko's excessive familiarity irritates Yamada. Kyotaro eventually confesses the truth to Yamada's mother, revealing they are not dating. They return to find the girls frightened by Yamada's large father, who turns out to be friendly and plays video games with Kyotaro. After tasting the chocolates, the friends depart, with Yamada expressing happiness that Kyotaro attended. Later, Kyotaro's sister teases him about his harem and asks when he will ask Yamada out. Though dejected about his chances, Kyotaro admits to his sister that he is in love with Yamada and desires to be her boyfriend.
