Moto Tonomura, a shy student with obsessive-compulsive habits, harbors an unexpressed crush on Saotome Masami. After Saotome disappears, she encounters his ghost-like apparition in an alley a month later. She follows the figure and confesses her love. When the apparition states a desire to eat her, she agrees. Suddenly, a figure wearing a black stovepipe hat appears and kills the fake Saotome, ending the encounter abruptly.
