Ep. 7: Malta plots against Helvetica, leading to a deadly confrontation and a decisive act of leadership.

Malta devises a scheme to target Helvetica. Sasha spots Saintess and Byaku, who aim for Helvetica, and nearly dies from Byaku’s magic before Ash and Angeline save her. Byaku recognizes Angeline as a creature like himself and vanishes. Saintess, having escaped the battle, summons undead to attack the Bordeux mansion and assaults Belgrieve while he protects Helvetica. Helvetica blames herself for ignoring Malta and resolves to strengthen her leadership. When Malta’s undead corpse attacks her and Seren, Helvetica kills it to prove her resolve. Samigina’s ring nearly consumes the frightened Saintess, but Belgrieve destroys it and rescues her. She thanks him and leaves with Byaku. Helvetica quietly orders Malta’s assassination. Belgrieve returns to Turnera, and Angeline goes back to the Orphen guild. Angeline is angry when Helvetica kisses Belgrieve and reiterates her wish to marry him.
