Ep. 8: Belgrieve considers retirement while elves search for the runaway princess Marguerite
An elf searches for her master in the woods, while Belgrieve hosts Duncan, an adventurer contemplating retirement and marriage. Belgrieve feels sorrow as the older children prepare to become adventurers, fearing his own declining capabilities. Graham the Paladin arrives seeking his grand-niece, Princess Marguerite, who fled to fight the Demon Kings. With monster activity rising near Turnera, Graham intends to intercept her before she is harmed. Meanwhile, a lonely Angeline seeks a wife for Belgrieve to prevent his isolation. She evaluates Yuri, a retired adventurer, and Rosetta, an orphanage director, as potential matches. Marguerite eventually reaches Turnera but flees upon seeing Graham. Angeline plans a matchmaking event for Belgrieve but encounters Byaku and a Saintess in Orphen.
