25EP 25Tetsu faces Kai's Link Joker deck while Ren confronts Reversed students and Suiko.
Jun 30, 2013Tetsu fights Kai, who utilizes the Link Joker clan, surprising Tetsu who suspects Kai has changed. Despite Tetsu's attempts to reason with him, Kai defeats Tetsu using Star-vader, Nebula Lord Dragon, causing Tetsu to become Reversed. The following day, Ren visits AL4 headquarters and meets Suiko near the school. Concerned by recent events, Ren asks Suiko for answers. She enters the school, where several Reversed Fukuhara High students attack Ren, but he defeats them all. Ren then encounters a Reversed Team Brilliant Stars. With unexpected assistance from Kyou and Team Avengers, Ren reaches Suiko. She challenges Ren to a cardfight and is revealed to be Reversed.

Jul 7, 2013Ren battles the Reversed Suiko, who explains Void, Reverse, and Link Joker. Suiko uses her Link Joker deck to lock Ren, then unleashes Schwarzschild Dragon’s Limit Break to lock three units and deal major damage. Ren counters with Blaster Dark Revenger and later uses Revenger, Raging Form Dragon to reach Tetsu and Asaka. Suiko blocks the assault, but Ren activates Raging Form’s Limit Break to Superior Persona Ride another copy from his hand, securing victory. Suiko falls unconscious, then awakens no longer Reversed. Ren and Suiko ascend to AL4 headquarters and enter Asaka’s room, with Ren showing concern for her safety.

Jul 14, 2013Ren and Suiko enter Asaka's circus-themed room where they find Asaka who has been Reversed. Asaka challenges Ren to a cardfight and declares that she will make Ren hers after defeating him. Asaka dominates the fight early on, but Ren manages to even the score. As the battle progresses, Asaka talks about her past struggles and having overcome them by using Ren as inspiration but still not be recognized by him. She then attempts to end the fight after activating Silver Thorn Dragon Tamer, Luquier's Limit Break, but Ren guards against her last attack and then decides to get serious.

Jul 21, 2013Ren gains the lead in damage over Asaka, who then Crossrides Silver Thorn Dragon Queen, Luquier "Reverse". Asaka taunts Ren, frustrated by her belief that he never acknowledged her, but he clarifies that he has always noticed her. Ren summons additional Blaster Dark Revengers to his field and launches a final attack, which frees Asaka from the Reverse spell. Following this exchange, Ren, Asaka, and Suiko arrive at the top floor of AL4 headquarters. Ren proceeds alone to the rooftop to confront a Reversed Tetsu, ending the sequence with this solitary confrontation.

Jul 28, 2013Asaka and Suiko search for a route to the rooftop where Ren fights Reversed Tetsu. During the battle, Ren remembers meeting Tetsu when he was young. Ren had encountered violent delinquents led by Tetsu and tried to introduce him to Vanguard. Tetsu initially ignored the game, but Ren persisted until Tetsu agreed to play. After losing, Tetsu became determined to win and eventually joined Ren, leading to their friendship and the formation of Team AL4. In the present, Reversed Tetsu claims power is everything and that Ren has fallen. He vows to defeat Ren and make him the king he desires.

Following the conflict, Ren questions Tetsu about his reversal, but he has no memory. The group departs AL4 headquarters, leaving Kyou to fight the Reversed Kiriya Bidou. They encounter Aichi near Miyaji Academy, where Ren inquires about Kourin. Despite Aichi's explanation regarding Kourin's idol duties, Kourin and Rekka appear, clearing Ren's suspicions, though he remains cautious about Aichi's safety.

Aug 11, 2013Kenji lands in Japan and meets Kai at the airport, losing a cardfight to the Reversed Kai without understanding the Reverse phenomenon. Team SIT Genius is summoned to a private room where they encounter the Reversed Kenji. Kenji challenges Chris to a duel, riding the evil Dark Dimensional Robo, "Reverse" Daiyusha. He utilizes its Limit Break to damage Chris, prompting Chris to attempt a Break Ride combo with School Hunter, Leo-pald. Kenji counters the attack, activates the Limit Break again, and defeats Chris, reversing him as well. Yuri arrives at the airport, unaware of the Reverse situation, and is shocked to see Kenji, Team SIT Genius, and other Reversed cardfighters approaching her. Meanwhile, Kai is shown traveling on an airplane.

Aug 25, 2013While shopping for a camping trip, the Cardfight Club watches a news report about the upcoming VF High School Championship, Ren Suzugamori, and Leon Soryu. Elsewhere, at a hotel lobby, Jillian defeats Kishida, who wanted to challenge Leon. She returns to her hotel room with both Sharlene and Leon inside, the latter of which being in deep concentration for the VF High School Championship. Jillian and Sharlene reminisce for a bit and then try to make little leaf boats as a way to cheer up Leon. Instead, Leon makes the boats and brightens the twin sisters' moods. When the three leave their room, they are confronted by the Reversed group of Kenji, Yuri, and Team SIT Genius. Leon finds himself facing Kenji while Jillian fights Ali and Sharlene plays against Lee. Kenji manages to Superior Crossride "Яeverse" Daiyusha from his deck, giving him an early advantage. 34EP 34Leon Break Rides Blue Wave Dragon to Defeat Kenji and Restore Allies
Sep 1, 2013Leon launches a counter-assault against Kenji, who has Reversed Jillian and Sharlene. Kenji utilizes Reverse Daiyusha's Limit Break and insults Leon's Aqua Force clan. Leon's faith in the wind causes Jillian and Sharlene to remember their past, shedding tears that anger Kenji. Leon defends against attacks, then Break Rides Blue Wave Dragon, Tetra-drive Dragon. He uses its Limit Break for a final strike, winning the game and freeing Kenji from Reverse. Kenji reverts to normal, and he and Leon defeat Jillian, Sharlene, Yuri, and Team SIT Genius in cardfights to dispel Reverse from them. With everyone restored, they part ways, and Kenji receives a warm welcome from Yuri and Gai.

Although Kourin misses an opportunity to speak with Aichi, the group returns first, earning praise from classmates and angering the student council. After dinner, the club and other students watch the VF High School Championship final on television, witnessing Ren defeat Leon to win the title for Fukuhara High School. This victory inspires the viewers, increasing their appreciation for Vanguard and delighting Aichi. Irritated by this shift, student council members Naito and Suwabe decide to learn the game to defeat the club. That night, Kourin fails to talk to Aichi again but remains determined to try the following day.

Team Handsome attends to persuade Nagisa to attend Miyaji rather than Hitsue Middle School, where Kamui studies. Unbeknownst to them, a Reversed cardfighter lurks the school grounds. Kamui, Reiji, and Eiji rush to Miyaji and are confronted by many Reversed cardfighters. They are brought before Gouki, who has also been Reversed along with the rest of Team Handsome, although Nagisa is not present. Holding Emi and Mai hostage, Gouki forces Kamui to cardfight with him. In the middle of the battle, Emi and Mai are nearly forced to become Reversed by the other members of Team Handsome but are momentarily saved by the efforts of Reiji, Eiji, and a disguised Rekka. Kamui is outraged by Gouki, who responds by riding Ice Prison Hades Emperor, Cocytus "Яeverse" and using several combo plays to superior call more rear-guard units from the drop zone while empowering them at the same time. Despite these odds, Kamui remains resolute on saving the girls and Gouki from Reverse.

Sep 29, 2013Kamui withstands Gouki's enhanced attacks with two perfect guards, defeating him and reversing his condition. When Kamui questions Gouki about his memories, Rekka abducts Emi and Mai, revealing he is Reversed. The group pursues them but is blocked by Nagisa, who is also Reversed. Kamui must decide whether to rescue the girls or fight Nagisa to cure her. Before he is forced to engage, Ninja Master M, who renames himself Ninja Master Neo, intervenes. Although exhausted, Kamui returns to normal. The group resumes their journey to Takuto's headquarters, where they immediately face the Reversed versions of Miwa and Kai.

Misaki successfully repels Miwa's Crossbreak Ride combo featuring Dauntless Dominate Dragon "Reverse" and counters with her own Crossbreak Ride using Omniscience Regalia, Minerva. Her victory lifts the Reverse spell from Miwa, allowing him to regain his true self as everyone gathers around him. Following this resolution, Aichi issues a direct challenge to Kai.
