Misae acquires five boxes of tissues from the market, but Shin-chan discards fresh ones alongside used waste. During a rest period, Yoshinaga instructs the children to sleep. Shin-chan and Kazama remain awake until the school bus arrives, causing all the children to fall asleep. Later, Shin-chan and his family travel to Mount Kashigabu to observe the stars. Upon witnessing a shooting star, Shin-chan makes a wish to become a pirate man.
