During bath time, Shin-chan plays with shampoo and soap, using up all of Misae's expensive body washes. Meanwhile, a boy waits outside high school to propose to Ryuko but becomes nervous. Shin-chan, Nene-chan, and Bo-chan encourage him to speak his feelings. Although he confesses, Ryuko refuses the proposal. Later, the boy falls in love with another girl.
