Shin-chan is caught drawing on a wall by a security guard named Higashi, but he manages to escape her pursuit. Meanwhile, Misae receives a pamphlet for a lucky draw and visits a store with Shin-chan. Inside, she wins a quantum robot. Later, Chiroku arrives at Shin-chan's house to study. Eventually, Misae receives a letter from Chiroku informing her that she passed her exam. She attributes this success to Shin-chan, who kept her mind relaxed during their time together.
