The principal instructs students on calligraphy, but Shin-chan causes disturbances throughout the lesson. Misae then takes him to a TV station to observe a live exercise program broadcast. During the visit, Shin-chan annoys the instructor and creates significant trouble for her. Later, while Shin-chan is watching Action Mask, the television signal cuts out. Consequently, Hiroshi climbs onto the roof to repair the issue and restore the picture.
