Ep. 55: Bulma Works on a Plan to Remodel Vegeta for Battle

Bulma persuades Vegeta to remain behind while she develops a device to aid his combat capabilities. As she prepares the equipment, Vegeta recalls past battles with Goku, including their initial encounters, the fight against Frieza, and conflicts involving Majin and Kid Buu. Bulma then details how Goku achieved Super Saiyan 4 on the Tuffle planet by absorbing Blutz Waves emitted by Earth, which triggered a Great Ape transformation that Pan helped him control. She explains that Vegeta, already aware of his Great Ape state, theoretically only requires Blutz Wave exposure to reach Super Saiyan 4. Bulma suspects Vegeta failed to transform during Baby’s possession due to a lack of consciousness. To facilitate this, she constructed a mobile Blutz Wave generator based on technology used on the Tuffle planet.
