Ep. 104: Frieza is defeated by his own energy disk after begging for mercy

Frieza launches a second energy disc that tracks Goku relentlessly until impact. Despite this threat, Goku maintains control as the confrontation nears its conclusion. In a twist of fate, Frieza is bisected from behind by his own projectile. Realizing his impending demise, Frieza pleads for his life. Demonstrating his compassionate nature, Goku shares a portion of his energy with the defeated tyrant. This act allows Frieza to survive and escape the planet before it is destroyed, marking the end of their intense battle.
