Gohan and Krillin travel to the Lookout to retrieve the Sacred Water after their friends are infected by the Black Water Mist and Garlic Jr. returns. They face a difficult challenge as Garlic Jr. attempts to reach the water first. Simultaneously, Piccolo engages in combat with the Spice Boys and other enemies. The situation remains critical as the mist continues to spread, raising the question of whether Piccolo will also fall victim to the infection. The characters must act quickly to secure the cure and defeat the returning threat before they are all overwhelmed by the deadly mist.
