Ep. 49: Vegeta Confronts Dodoria and Learns the Truth About Planet Vegeta's Destruction

Krillin, Gohan, and Dende utilize Tien's Solar Flare technique to escape from Dodoria. As the pink alien attempts to return to Frieza, Vegeta arrives to settle his score with the enemy. Surprised by the Saiyan Prince's enhanced power, Dodoria is easily overpowered. Desperate to survive, he offers information in exchange for his life, revealing that Frieza personally destroyed Planet Vegeta rather than an asteroid. Although Vegeta is shocked by this revelation, he ultimately executes Dodoria anyway.
