Ep. 15: Reporter Shuji Niekawa investigates Ikebukuro's strongest while facing a slasher spirit

Reporter Shuji Niekawa searches Ikebukuro for its strongest person, suspecting Shizuo. After learning about slasher attacks linked to the Dollars by the Yellow Scarves, he is stabbed by the killer. Surviving with no memory, Niekawa becomes possessed by the slasher's spirit, which directs him to find Anri. Kyohei, Walker, Erika, and Saburo attempt to rescue Anri by hitting Niekawa with their van, but he recovers to attack again. Celty and Shizuo intervene, knocking him down with a motorcycle. The spirit confesses its love for Shizuo, enraging the man, who rips off a van door to bludgeon Niekawa.
