Ep. 3: Mikado and Anri navigate Ikebukuro dangers while Izaya clashes with Shizuo

Mikado and Anri assume class representative roles, prompting Masaomi to joke about the situation. Mikado meets Kyohei, Walker, and Erika, where Kyohei warns that the Dollars are too dangerous. Anri searches for Mika Harima but mistakes a redhead for her target. Later, Mikado and Kida find Anri being bullied by three girls and a gang member. Izaya intervenes by pushing Mikado toward the bullies and scaring them off by breaking a phone. Masaomi introduces Mikado to Izaya, who claims he is in Ikebukuro to meet someone. Their talk is interrupted when Shizuo attacks Izaya for framing him, injuring several gang members. Izaya escapes as Shizuo throws a vending machine, which Simon stops to save Izaya. Mikado and Anri flee, leaving Masaomi behind, and Anri thanks Mikado at a park. That night, Shizuo questions a headless woman about Izaya's presence in Ikebukuro.
