Yuki stops Sherry from stealing Erimiya's will, but Kyou attacks as a distraction. Erimiya defends against Maxim but is overwhelmed. Kai defeats Kyou and fights Maxim to save Erimiya. Erimiya dies in Kai's arms when Maria arrives.
