After winning a race, Rick Wheeler takes a day off to restore a classic car with Clank. Meanwhile, Miss Killer and Octoman steal vehicles for a ring. Rick and Clank buy parts, but tires are slashed. Miss Killer, disguised as a saleswoman, installs a camera to record Rick’s driving data for Dark Million. Octoman chases Rick, who drives the restored car, dubbed the Dragon Ghost, with skill. Clank finds the camera signal and warns Rick. Rick confronts Miss Killer, who admits her goal to analyze his techniques. She escapes in the Moon Shadow. Rick returns to headquarters, praised for solving the thefts. Clank’s website now features photos of Rick’s day, showing his respect for the pilot.
