Ep. 18: Jody investigates a cursed crash site and teams up with Clank against Zoda’s forces.

Director Tanaka assigns Jody Summer to investigate a crash site on Sand Ocean where a research group and mining crew vanished. Jody discovers the transport ship empty and encounters Clank, who reveals the crew was killed by Zoda. Pursued by Dark Million robots, they escape in the White Cat. Meanwhile, Rick, Jack, and Lucy leave headquarters to find Clank, who had been snooping on Rick’s Dragon Bird. Jody and Clank evade enemies in ruins but sink into quicksand. They descend into a pit with a giant scorpion, which Clank repels using the White Cat’s gravity separator. After exploring a lava cave, they camp while Zoda’s forces arrive. Clank admits the virus he carries is his creation to defeat Zoda. Zoda demands it, shooting Jody to retrieve it. Clank wrestles the virus back, causing Zoda to fire again, knocking them off a cliff. Rick Wheeler’s team arrives, defeating Zoda’s robots with sand attacks. A falcon pin rescues Jody and Clank. Clank destroys the virus, apologizes to Rick, and accepts friendship as Captain Falcon watches.
