Lucy reviews last year's Ladies Race footage with Rick, who questions the concept of an all-female F-Zero event. The winner earns the glamorous Miss Galaxy title, which Dark Million seeks to manipulate. Miss Killer, already scheduled to race, aims to win so her master grants her control of Mute City, angering Zoda. Kidnappings of racers Kate Alen and Lisa Brilliant occur without ransom. Dr. Stewart assigns Rick and Jack as bodyguards, leading to crossdressing disguises for the race on Beach Star. Miss Killer attacks Lucy, demanding forfeiture. Zoda enters disguised to stop her but is exposed and disqualified. Lisa uses illegal pirate bombs and is also disqualified. Jody transforms her ship to destroy the track and win, ending the chaotic event. Lucy and Jody vow to return next year, shocking the men.
