Jack Levin wins an F-Zero race despite Rick’s absence due to injury. Lisa, a fan, steals his Astro Robin after knocking him out. She discovers police corruption and jewels in the hangar, then damages the fleet. The Platoon is humiliated. Rick returns to help. Jack and Rick team up in a modified Dragon Bird to race Lisa on High-Jump. They trap her, but she escapes with Samurai Goroh. Jack learns Lisa is Goroh’s wife. The Platoon forgives Jack, reinstating him.
