Ep. 5: Veronica Attacks Jonathan While Marlya and Free Secure Escape and Victory

Veronica fails to assassinate Ray Dawn in the past due to his Fairy. Presently, she assaults Jonathan but is tainted by poison, hindering her Fairy summoning. Marlya intervenes, forcing her Fairy to launch a fire attack that traps Jonathan, enabling her and Veronica to flee the church. In the catacombs, Free defeats Patricia, who surrenders a Black Fairy Tome page before escaping. Jonathan pursues the pair outside and is promptly killed by Veronica, who has regained her Fairy. She warns Marlya to avoid her for safety. Meanwhile, Duke Hybranz plots with Wolfram against Ray Dawn. Marlya and Free return to HQ, where Dorothea hosts a party celebrating Marlya’s first successful mission. Veronica hums a Suna song while gazing at the night sky.
