Upon learning that Abeno intends to visit a pharmacist named Kiyakudo located in the Underworld, Ashiya requests to join him. Although Abeno is initially hesitant to bring a human into this dangerous realm, he eventually agrees after the Mononokean suggests that Ashiya should accompany him. Out of concern for Ashiya’s safety, Abeno strictly forbids him from traveling through the Underworld alone. However, Ashiya struggles to adhere to this restriction and finds himself unable to keep his promise, leading to potential complications during their journey.
