Weeks after barely surviving his previous mission, Kei is summoned back to the game. This time, the participants are individuals who have been directly or indirectly involved in his life. The narrative reveals how each person died and subsequently arrived in the room. Upon gathering, they introduce themselves to understand the situation. However, Gantz introduces a twist by setting Kei himself as the target to be killed. The players must now confront their past connections while fighting for survival against a goal that places Kei in immediate danger.
