Ep. 44: Imperial forces seize Phezzan while Rubinsky eliminates Kesselring and Julian sabotages Alliance systems.

The Imperial fleet invades Phezzan after deceiving observers by feigning an approach to Iserlohn. Kesselring attempts to assassinate Rubinsky, but Rubinsky had prepared a trap and kills Kesselring instead, subsequently going into hiding. Meanwhile, Julian and Mashengo destroy the computers located in the Alliance High commissioner's office. Julian later secures passage with a smuggler to evacuate himself, Mashengo, and the cowardly Alliance commissioner from Phezzan space. Mittermeyer orders the execution of soldiers who raped and robbed civilians. The Empire secures Alliance space maps from the Phezzan Navigation Office.
