Ep. 48: Imperial Snake Formation Assault on Rantemario System Ends in Alliance Rescue

The Imperial fleet approaches the Rantemario system in a snake formation, forcing Bucock to attack the center. The Alliance fleet suffers heavy damage as the larger Imperial force closes in. Bucock attempts to minimize losses by using a space current to slow the Empire and disabling enemy engines with fighters. Just before total destruction, Yang’s fleet arrives from behind to save the Alliance forces. The Imperial fleet then reorganizes and moves toward the next Alliance system. Meanwhile, Julian’s destroyer joins the Alliance fleet at Heinessen.
