Julian informs Frederica of the death, leading the remaining staff to appoint her as political leader while Julian accepts military leadership after consulting with her. Tensions rise within Iserlohn amid desertion rumors. Admiral Murai resigns to lead dissidents out of the city, fulfilling a final duty to Yang. Consequently, the remaining leaders of El Facil abandon the Yang fleet, leaving Julian to navigate the growing instability and leadership vacuum.
