Albert, a French wine producer from a proud lineage, faces humiliation as his vintages are purchased by Yanagida, a Japanese buyer unable to distinguish between them. Following an auction where Albert fraudulently substitutes a 1900 vintage for an 1800 one, Yanagida hosts a party attended by notable sommeliers to showcase the collection. Fearing exposure and loss of pride, Albert hires Golgo 13 to shoot the fake bottle during uncorking. However, Yanagida unexpectedly invites Albert, the guest of honor, to perform the uncorking himself, placing him in immediate danger of being revealed as a fraud before the experts.
