Two wealthy men arrange a bloodsport duel between assassin Spartacus and Golgo 13, installing surveillance equipment in the Colosseum to watch. Golgo 13 defeats Spartacus and exposes the hidden cameras. Before dying, the enraged Spartacus hires Golgo 13 to assassinate his employers. The millionaires flee Rome on the first plane to South Africa, protected by the Sicilian mafia. However, they are shot dead upon arrival on the tarmac by another plane that overtook them from Rome after refueling in Nairobi.
