Yumiko Sakaki repeatedly tries to cut Yuuji, but he successfully avoids every attempt. Later, Yuuji meets the shy Makina and helps her catch a crayfish, causing her to warm up and call him Onii-chan. Seeking advice on Sakaki's hostility, he visits the principal and learns that all students have special circumstances for enrollment. His guardian and boss, JB, visits the school, sparking curiosity among classmates, particularly Amane, who wonders if Yuuji has a girlfriend. That evening, Yuuji is ambushed by Yumiko again but knocks the knife from her hand. He tells her he is not her enemy and wants to be friends, leading to a softened attitude from her. The end credits show how each student arrived at the Academy and formed friendships.
