Ep. 10: Shu faces trauma and rejection while Gai’s mission turns into a trap for the Apocalypse Virus.

Shu suffers hallucinations from the Apocalypse Virus, causing Funeral Parlor to lose a convoy mission. Gai meets Okina Kuhouin, who knows his father, and explains his goal to reunite with a woman. Shu is expelled from the group and rejects Inori’s song during a panic attack, later being slapped by Hare at school. Meanwhile, Major General Yan places Shuichiro under house arrest for stealing the meteorite, planning to transport it overseas. Gai and Funeral Parlor attempt to intercept the plane, but it is empty. Segai activates a genetic resonance broadcast at Tokyo Tower, triggering the meteorite to spread the virus across the city. Inori is distressed by the wave, claiming someone will wake up. The Anti Bodies attack both GHQ and Funeral Parlor, rescuing Shuichiro and capturing Haruka. Shuichiro observes the chaos from GHQ Headquarters and vows to finish what he started ten years ago.
