Arisa faces a no-confidence vote from Hirohide Nanba and Takaomi Sudou as Loop 7 remains sealed. Tsugumi reveals her orphan status after Souta challenges her coldness. Segai activates Shuichiro’s plan to exterminate civilians using Endlaves and a Ghost Unit, spreading panic through controlled news. Oogumo and Arugo search for Arisa under Okina’s orders. Internet rumors claiming the GHQ will let anyone leaving with an Undertaker member depart trigger violent witch hunts. Hirohide accuses Tsugumi and Ayase of being Undertakers. Shu intervenes, revealing his affiliation and using Tsugumi’s Void to create doubles, which are destroyed by GHQ forces broadcasted live. He convinces the students to unite against the GHQ. Impressed by his leadership, the students elect Shu as the new Student Council President. Yahiro provides a list of Void powers via the Genome Resonance Gauge, suggesting prioritization of strong abilities.
