Ep. 8: Wendelin's Party Battles Golems and Discovers Ancient Ruins After Rumored Death
Three years after Wendelin turns fifteen and registers as the Dragon Busters, the King dispatches them to investigate dangerous ruins in Greigorland. Inside, they activate a magic circle that transports them to the bottom floor, forcing a fight through an army of golems to reach the surface. Meanwhile, Head Auditor Ruckner spreads false rumors of Wendelin’s death to advance his political ambitions. During the ascent, Elize expresses regret over not marrying Wendelin if he perishes. After Brantack exhausts his magic, Elize grants Wendelin the spell Miracle’s Light via a kiss, enabling him to defeat a dragon golem. The group eventually discovers a library and airship hangar built by Count Ichelberg, with Erwin opening the doors to reveal they have reached the surface.
