Ep. 23: Edward reunites with Alphonse while Ling captures Gluttony and Winry reflects on her feelings

Edward leaves Winry with the state military to join Alphonse, who is fighting Scar. Gluttony attacks Scar until Ling intervenes and captures him. Lan Fan escapes Wrath by severing her arm and using a dog to mislead him. Hawkeye transports Ling and Gluttony away, hiding the event from the military. The Elric brothers attempt to arrest Scar but are stopped by May, who escapes with him using alkahestry. The brothers take custody of her panda, Shao Mei. Upon returning, they inform Winry, who feels depressed until a call from Rush Valley customers lifts her spirits. She departs by train, realizing she may love Edward. At the hideout, Doctor Knox treats Lan Fan. Ling reveals the Führer is a homunculus. Gluttony transforms upon hearing Mustang’s name, damaging the location.
