Ep. 3: Naru and Hana seek club recognition and new members for their yosakoi group.

Naru and Hana visit Yosakoi Masaru shop owner Masaru Ōfuna, who provides beginner yosakoi tips despite his intimidating look. After learning of an upcoming festival, they resume recruiting but learn from student council president Machi Tokiwa that official club status requires four members and an advisor. Homeroom teacher Sally instructs them to recruit two more people before considering an advisory role. Over the weekend, Hana meets Naru’s childhood friend Tami Nishimikado, who shows interest in their performance. The following day, Hana interrupts Yaya’s plans to watch movies alone with Naru at her soba restaurant. Yaya listens to Hana’s desire to live life fully but misses her date. Later, Machi informs the girls they cannot use the rooftop for practice without permission.
