Yaya and friends help Naru complete a performance, but Hana collapses shortly after. Hana recovers fully, yet Naru feels guilty about her stage fright. The group learns from Machi that their club may close because Sally is only a substitute teacher. Machi resents Sally for leaving her parents' expectations. Rumors spread that Sally is quitting teaching, leading Machi to accuse her of abandonment. Tami reveals Sally is actually applying for a full-time position, inspired by Machi. Machi apologizes to Sally, who passes her exam. The situation resolves positively, and Machi considers joining the yosakoi club herself.
