Ep. 11: Hana departs for America with her mother, leaving her friends to continue their festival preparations.

Following poolside practice, Hana discloses that her mother has arrived in Japan, though she conceals the true cause of her distress. Yaya creates new lyrics to motivate the group, yet Hana remains unable to share her worries. That night, she visits Naru to explain that she must return to America because her parents are reconciling. Torn between her friends and family, Hana receives advice from Naru to pursue her own happiness. She departs the next morning, leaving a letter for Naru to share with the others. Refusing to let the situation end abruptly, Naru and the rest of the group rush to the airport to see her off. After Hana boards her flight and leaves her spare naruko behind, Naru and the others resolve to practice diligently for the festival in her stead.
