Ep. 24: Sesshoumaru's Daughter

Kirinmaru apologizes to Sesshoumaru for Zero breaking Tenseiga, but Sesshoumaru remains determined to kill her. Zero accepts the challenge, prompting Kirinmaru to scatter the Rainbow Pearls to intervene. Zero renounces her bond with Kirinmaru and departs to retrieve the pearls, followed by Sesshoumaru and Riku, who wounds Kirinmaru before they leave. During the ensuing battle without the pearls, Kirinmaru incapacitates Setsuna and destroys her naginata. Believing Setsuna has died, Towa transforms into her full demon form while Moroha becomes Beniyasha. They attempt to fight back but are overwhelmed and spared by Kirinmaru, who delays the conflict for several days. Moroha apologizes to Towa for their failure to avenge Setsuna. A grieving Towa mourns alone until Sesshoumaru returns and presents her with the broken Tenseiga.
