Ep. 47: Hayate Feels Jealous as Thirteen Excels as Butler and Saves Earth

Nagi grants Hayate study leave due to borderline test scores, replacing him with Shiori’s robot butler, Thirteen, who resembles Hayate. Thirteen performs duties superior to Hayate, causing him distress, while Nagi secretly enjoys his jealousy. Thirteen scans Nagi’s emotions but fails to understand the concept of jealousy. He orchestrates a plan to isolate Hayate and Nagi, which Hayate only recognizes after the fact. Nagi reassures Hayate that he remains her sole butler despite his perceived incompetence. That night, news reports a giant asteroid approaching Earth. Thirteen travels to space to destroy the meteor, saving the planet and Nagi’s happiness, but becomes stranded on the moon.
