Isabelle fears the mansion will be repossessed in 16 days while Lynn exercises. Lynn asks Mary about her grandfather, but Mary scolds her for focusing on championships. Lynn paints a 100-year-old tree, recalling old promises. Cathy finds Elizabeth wonderful, and Vivian instructs Mathilda and Phyllis to be nice to them. Edward watches Lynn practice with Philip but avoids her, later meeting Mary after her session with Suzie. He asks about her plans with Lynn, and Mary suggests inviting Arthur to her tennis championship, claiming he will attend. Edward confronts his brother about dating Mary, learning they are keeping secrets to protect Lynn. Duke visits his sons, warning that Reynolds wants the mansion and George will not lose. Sarah visits her father, and Edward calls Lynn to say he reconciled with his brother. Lynn finishes painting the Marble Mansion.
