Ep. 30: Viv confronts Mary while Spencer learns of his daughter's selfless plan for Lynn

Lynn feels anxious about the upcoming championships, prompting her grandfather to ask Isabelle to take Sarah away. Isabelle refuses, choosing to stay and support Lynn instead. At school, classmates wish Lynn luck, but Viv notices Mary asking about Lynn’s whereabouts. Lynn offers to abandon the crest in exchange for Mary’s assistance, a conversation Viv overhears. Viv instructs Lynn to practice diligently and leave the rest to her. After Lynn performs poorly in practice, Cathy gives Viv a cut strap. Viv threatens Mary with a report to the principal, claiming Cathy witnessed the sabotage, and demands Mary stay out of Lynn’s way. Mary contacts her grandfather, who disciplines Viv. Spencer listens as Viv explains her plan to sacrifice her own chances so Lynn and Andrews can win. Cathy and Philip arrive, urging Spencer to support Lynn’s courage. Spencer is surprised by his daughter’s unexpected selflessness.
