Following a busy morning, Issei’s Dragon arm activates, requiring Akeno to remove the power. While reviewing photos, Kiba discovers an image of Issei with a friend that includes a Holy Sword. After Issei finishes a contract, the group is tasked with eliminating a Stray Devil at an abandoned factory, which they successfully defeat. Kiba remains evasive regarding Rias’s inquiries about his behavior. He later confesses to Issei that he seeks revenge against the Holy Sword Excalibur. Issei learns that Kiba was the sole survivor of a project named The Holy Sword Project. Meanwhile, Kiba witnesses Freed kill a priest while wielding Excalibur, sparking a confrontation. Simultaneously, two strangers arrive in town, one holding a copy of the photo from Issei’s album.
