Following the deaths of Shin, Yuda, and Rei, only three of the Six Sacred Fists of the Nanto Seiken remain. Kenshiro entrusts Lin and Bat to Mamiya and travels alone to locate the surviving masters. He reaches a town where residents suffer under soldiers led by Souther, who has declared himself the Holy Emperor. Souther aims to conquer the world by the century's end and enslaves innocent children to construct a pyramid-shaped mausoleum, which he claims will symbolize his greatness.
