Ep. 13: Narihisago and Hondomachi trap John Walker in a simulated suicide timeline to neutralize the Kiki threat.

Narihisago and Hondomachi realize John Walker cannot be killed because he is permanently linked to Kiki's Well. They lure him into an id Well created from Fukuda's cognizant particles, using a cockpit Fukuda secretly left before his death. This device transfers Walker's mind to the moment before his suicide in the previous episode, allowing Narihisago to apprehend him in that timeline. With Walker dead in reality and captured in the Well, he is neutralized. Momoki offers to save Kiki, but she refuses, fearing her growing ability to share thoughts globally makes her too dangerous outside the Mizuhanome. She agrees to re-enter containment, and Momoki promises to find a solution. Normalcy returns for survivors, though those who died in the Well remain gone. An epilogue reveals Chief Hayaseura's death was covered up as suicide by the Kura Department. Narihisago and Hondomachi continue their work as Wellside detectives.
