Kagome deduces that the spirit world is an illusion designed to conceal the location of Inu no Taisho's tomb. With Kagome's help, Inuyasha breaks free from the deception. Meanwhile, Sesshomaru discovers that the tomb is hidden within a Black Pearl located inside Inuyasha's right eye. He activates a portal using the Pearl, prompting Inuyasha and Kagome to follow closely behind. Upon entering the tomb, they find Tetsusaiga, the legendary sword of Inu no Taisho. A fierce battle ensues between the brothers as Inuyasha fights Sesshomaru to gain possession of the weapon.
