Chris prepares to return to England but retains feelings for Kinnosuke. Kotoko assists by organizing a birthday party, which goes awry and hurts Chris. Kinnosuke later confesses his feelings and rushes to the airport, where Chris returns to kiss him. Meanwhile, Kotoko experiences morning sickness, leading Oba to suspect pregnancy. Naoki takes her to a doctor, who rules out pregnancy. Naoki then reminds her of her test results, which she had forgotten to check. She discovers she passed with the highest score among all candidates. True to his word, Naoki takes Kotoko on a date to celebrate her achievement.
