Ken chases the Red Impulse commander, who escapes using advanced flight skills. The Science Ninja Team is ordered to guard the Blue Hawk, but Galactor replaces the crew before takeoff. Nambu realizes the danger and mobilizes Red Impulse, as it surpasses the God Phoenix in power. Red Impulse attacks the Blue Hawk, planting a timebomb before vanishing. Ken, believing Red Impulse is an enemy, pursues it alone in the G-1, ignoring Nambu. Meanwhile, the other four team members are abducted to a volcano base. Ken follows the timebomb signal and arrives just in time to save them from execution. Nambu reveals Red Impulse is an ally. The G-1 and Red Impulse fly side by side, while the commander sheds an unexplained tear.
