While the Elder remains silent, Jinpei discovers a pendant containing the sand during an abduction attempt by Galactor. Analysis reveals the substance is a potent bacteria and energy source with immense explosive power when mixed with water. Galactor utilizes a lion ant mecha to relocate the lake via underground channels. The God Phoenix infiltrates the enemy base, but Galactor shoots the Elder after he reveals the secret location. Despite the Elder's final warning, the team arrives too late to stop the theft. The God Phoenix transforms into the Fiery Phoenix, incinerating the stolen red sand and thwarting Galactor's plans.
